The craft
This isn't a wipe-down and a new sticker. Every console that leaves the bench has been opened up, cleaned out and rebuilt to outlive us all.
02 · The rebuild
Boards are washed, re-capped and re-soldered. Shells are cleaned, painted or re-shelled. Every connection is re-flowed by hand.
03 · The mods
Modern video output, region-free bootlegs-be-gone, controller ports rebuilt — the upgrades that make old hardware live on new TVs.
04 · The proving
Burn-in tests, real gameplay on real cartridges, hours of it. If a console can't survive a marathon, it doesn't get shipped.
Play-tested for hours
No console ships until it survives a full gaming session.
